Agent spreadsheet pages: which agents are online?

Each agent has its own page with its fees, storage, QC photos and reviews, and 16 finds of its own. The table shows the 10 that were online when we checked.

Sources: agents' own fee pages where available (Superbuy), rep.tools and W2C Spreadsheet profiles and Sept 2026 ranking, and Trustpilot (fetched Sept 26–27, 2026). 'Score withdrawn' means Trustpilot removed the rating after review-guideline breaches. A dash means we could not confirm the figure from a primary source.

Agents that closed or changed name

• AllChinaBuy — down in 2026. Its page shows how to move an old sheet to a working agent.
• JoyaBuy — renamed JoyaGoo in 2025. Old JoyaBuy links need updating, and the page explains how.
• CNFans — stopped operating in August 2026, according to rep.tools. We don't have a page for it; the TikTok spreadsheet page covers fixing CNFans links.

Verdict: Pick an agent from the online table, not from an old spreadsheet's links. The items in the sheet will work with any of them.

Marketplace spreadsheet pages: do you need an agent?

Each page's sources are listed at its foot. 'Ships abroad' refers to the seller shipping to you directly.

The split matters. Weidian, Taobao and 1688 are Chinese domestic platforms: sellers take Chinese payment methods and ship inside China, so you buy through an agent, which also photographs your item before it ships. AliExpress, DHgate, Temu, Hacoo, SHEIN, Amazon and eBay ship to you directly and protect you after delivery instead. Yupoo and TikTok aren't stores at all — they point to one of the others.

Verdict: If a spreadsheet's links go to Weidian, Taobao or 1688, you need an agent. If they go anywhere else, you can buy directly.

How to choose between the spreadsheets

1. Start from where the item is sold. Most fashion finds are on Weidian; open the Weidian page first if you're not sure.
2. Pick an agent by what you'll order. For a few Weidian items, a 0% agent keeps it simple. For bulk 1688 orders, look for sea freight and fee-free 1688 buying.
3. Check storage time. If you'll collect items over weeks, free storage decides how long you can wait before shipping. It runs from 60 days at LoveGoBuy to 100 at KakoBuy, and some agents allow extensions.
4. Read the agent's reviews. Trustpilot scores on the agent pages range from 3.2 to 4.6, and some scores have been withdrawn.
5. Check your country's duty rules before building a large parcel.

Why spreadsheets break, and how we keep these pages current

Spreadsheets fail in three ways: the agent closes (CNFans, AllChinaBuy), the agent renames (JoyaBuy), or the listing disappears. The first two break every link at once; the third breaks one row. In each case the item ID inside the link is the part worth keeping, because it works with any agent.

We date every page and recheck agent status, fees and review counts monthly against the sources listed at the foot of each page. Product cards come from repbuysheet.com; before publishing, we removed any product whose main photo didn't match its own listing ID.
