What is Temu, and what's in a Temu spreadsheet?

Temu launched in the United States in September 2022 and is owned by PDD Holdings, the company behind China's Pinduoduo. It started with vendors shipping directly from China to buyers abroad, at very low prices, and spread quickly across Europe and beyond.

Google's suggestions for "temu spreadsheet" are "reps", "designer", "shoes", "clothes", "reddit" and "2025 pdf". That tells you what people hope to find: branded-looking fashion at Temu prices. In practice, Temu lists generic goods, and branded styles are hard to find there by search. Most "Temu spreadsheets" shared on social media are lists of generic basics, gadgets and home items with good reviews — useful, but a different thing from an agent finds sheet.

Verdict: A Temu spreadsheet is a list of well-reviewed cheap basics. For the fashion finds this site covers, Temu isn't the store.

How Temu changed in 2025 and 2026

Two changes affect anyone using an older Temu list:

• US orders now come from local sellers. In May 2025, Temu stopped selling goods shipped from China directly to US customers; US orders are now fulfilled by sellers in the US. Items on older US lists may have disappeared or changed price.
• Local sellers elsewhere too. Temu's Local Seller Program launched in March 2024 and had reached more than 30 countries by October 2025, so in many European markets some items now ship from a local warehouse rather than from China.

Customs rules changed around it. The US $800 duty-free allowance ended for all countries on August 29, 2025, and the EU introduced a €3 duty per item category on parcels under €150 from July 1, 2026. Local fulfilment is partly Temu's response: goods imported in bulk don't pay duty parcel by parcel.

Verdict: If your Temu list predates mid-2025, check each item again — especially in the US, where the whole supply model changed.

Temu's 90-day return window is generous, and for a phone stand or a pack of socks it's hard to beat. The agent route earns its extra steps when the details of an item matter — a sneaker's shape, a jacket's fabric, a print — because you see photos of your actual piece in China and can reject it before paying international shipping.

Verdict: Use Temu for cheap generic things. Use an agent and a spreadsheet for the pieces where you'd want to see the exact item first.

Why "temu spreadsheet designer" searches come up empty

Search Temu for a designer name and you mostly get generic results: the platform is built around unbranded goods made to its price points. That's why people turn to spreadsheets hoping someone has found listings the search doesn't show. Lists that promise hidden designer items on Temu tend to be short-lived: listings get removed and the links break.

The finds most spreadsheets are built around sit on Weidian, where small independent shops sell directly to buyers in China. A shopping agent buys from them for you. Every find in our catalog is a Weidian listing, and the 16 above are a sample.

How to use a Temu list and an agent together

1. Split your list. Put cheap generic items — chargers, storage, basics — on Temu, where returns are free and shipping is often included.
2. Move fashion pieces to an agent. Look for the item on a Weidian finds list, or ask a seller for a Weidian link.
3. Paste each link into your agent and pay for the item plus the seller's domestic shipping.
4. Check the QC photos when items reach the warehouse. Reject anything that doesn't match.
5. Ship once, combining every agent item in one parcel to spread shipping and duty.

The two routes don't compete much. Temu is at its best on low-value items where a return is easy; an agent is at its best on items where you want to see the real piece before it travels.
